Merchandising Manager - APAC Region (Closed)
Working Location: Hong Kong SAR and Fuzhou China

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Merchandising Manager to oversee our diverse product portfolio across multiple channels including retail stores, wholesale networks and e-commerce platforms for our APAC market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Merchandising Department with direct reporting to Group Director

• Develop and execute comprehensive merchandising strategies across retail, wholesale and e-commerce channels

• Drive sales performance and gross margin optimization while maintaining optimal inventory levels

• Monitor and manage KPI measurement including retail performance, buying, sell-through efficiency and promotional activities

• Oversee product lifecycle management including selection, OTB planning, pricing strategies and inventory control

• Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product mix across different markets

• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with franchise partners and wholesale clients

• Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and competitive landscape assessment

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business strategies and achieve sales targets

• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate merchandising effectiveness and inventory management

• Lead and develop the merchandising team to achieve departmental objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of fashion retail/wholesale experience, including 3 years in managerial level

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration or related field

• Proven expertise in multi-brand portfolio management within fashion retail

• Demonstrated success in managing integrated retail, wholesale and e-commerce operations

• Comprehensive understanding of APAC e-commerce platforms and market dynamics

• Strong analytical capabilities with emphasis on data-driven decision making

• Excellence in project management and cross-functional team leadership

• Fluent in Mandarin and English is required

• Knowledge of other regional languages (Thai, Malay) is a plus
