Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead our digital retail operations across China, Taiwan, Thailand and Malaysia. This role will be crucial in driving our online growth strategy through key e-commerce marketplace platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies across our established platform partnerships
Drive sales growth and optimize performance across all digital channels
Manage relationships with key marketplace partners and maintain strong platform presence
Coordinate with our product team for optimal product presentation
Collaborate with our sales and retail teams for integrated market approaches
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior across different APAC markets
Lead digital marketing initiatives aligned with our fashion-forward positioning
Monitor and improve key performance metrics across all platforms
Ensure consistent brand messaging and product presentation
Collaborate with our wholesale and retail teams for integrated market approaches
Requirements:
8+ years of e-commerce experience in APAC markets, particularly in China
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing or related field
Strong background in fashion retail and multi-brand management
Proven track record in managing fashion e-commerce operations
Deep understanding of Asian e-commerce platforms and market dynamics
Experience in Korean fashion market preferred
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent project management and team coordination abilities
Fluent in Mandarin and English is required
Knowledge of other regional languages (Thai, Malay) is a plus
